To engage with customers on cloud computing solutions and close sales related to cloud services.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- To evaluate cloud computing offerings and formulate the company’s strategy
- To identify opportunities in cloud computing
- To lead and empower sales, pre-sales, marketing and technical teams in a fast moving environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To engage with customers on cloud computing, its potential implications and benefits
- To develop and implement innovative sales strategies and influence cloud computing product development
- To develop a strong relationship with customers and ensure the engagement of key decision makers
- To drive, in close collaboration with the executive management, general product research and assist with marketplace analysis
- To support the sales and marketing team in the creation of detailed product-related information and materials and conduct demos with current and potential customers
- To help translate customers’ needs into new features, products and service
- To participate in the design, development and release of solutions to the customers
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or any other related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience at a Managerial level, out of which at least 2 years’ experience in dealing with cloud technology and services
- Client-driven professional with a proven record of achievement in sales and business development
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Good technical knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good strategic and conceptual thinking skills
- High sense of Responsibility and Commitment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
