To make preliminary contact with customers and introduces the company's product.
- To promote to customers the sales and after-sales the range of products and equipment of the company.
- To closely monitor sales records of customers with the Sales Manager so as to maximize the sales of the company;
- To visit customers on a daily / weekly basis and provide them with sound advice and after-sales services;
- To canvass new/ potential customers on a continuous basis;
- Maintain client loyalty and build client relationship;
- Develop client base and prospects for potential customers;
- Work closely with the Sales and marketing Manager to forecast revenues, stock of products (actual and future) and prospects clients;
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of client’s needs and effective after sales services;
- To prepare weekly reports and submit to the Sales Manager;
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
- Attend to our customers’ queries
- Help the sales / marketing department in the preparation of promotional brochures.
- Have a technical understanding of our company’s activities and products, in order to be able to demonstrate to our customers their application;
- Deal with our customers’ complaints diligently and respond to them in a professional way.
- Close monitoring of debtors ageing;
- Cylinder monitoring
Good communication and analytical skills- Good Selling Techniques
- General Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Valid Driving license
- Good presentation and personality
