To generate revenue by attracting customers from around the world to be guests at the hotel.
Responsibilities:
• Meeting with clients and arranging business deals;
• Responsible to make profitable use of the hotel accommodation, meeting and leisure facilities;
• Maintain awareness of the factors that influence the hotel industry;
• Gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of a hotel’s guests;
• Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs;
• Work closely with other members of the hotel management team to identify marketing priorities;
• Post the hotel's details on destination websites and online booking sites to increase reach to your target audience;
• Collaborating with other meeting venues to offer accommodations or meeting space giving access to other potential customers;
• Increase occupancy during times of the year when bookings are low;
• To build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business;
• Develop strong customer relationships;
• Review future booking levels to plan dates for promotions to increase occupancy rates
Experience:
• 2 – 5 years in a similar position;
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
Skills required:

• A proven sales record;
• Presentation skills;
• Valid driving license is a must.
