Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, forming part of a major local group, is looking for a Start-up Growth Manager.
The successful candidate who is passionate about growing and supporting the entrepreneurial space in Mauritius should be charismatic, approachable, open-minded and demonstrate chairperson-style leadership characterized by a skill at synthetizing views.
Responsibilities:
- To iterate, communicate and implement the company's vision and mission.
- To drive the company culture.
- To formulating and implement a strategic plan of the company's activities.
- To oversee the overall operations of the company as per strategic plan.
- To lead the body of employees, especially the Company's Manager.
- To manage the team of business coaches.
- To establish partnerships with public and private sector entities.
- To raise funds to support the company's operations.
- To represent the company's in civic or professional association responsibilities
- To report to the Board of Directors.
- To maintain awareness of competitive landscape, opportunities and global best practices in incubation and entrepreneurship in general.
Qualifications:
- MBA or other post-graduate qualifications is an advantage.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in heading own business/company especially in Mauritius would be of a great advantage.
- Proven skills in business and financial management.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (incl. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
