Customer Service
- Actively participates in and oversees the provision of excellent service to guests.
- Makes every client who enters the Spa feel welcomed and at ease.
- Promotes and carry out Spa visits followed by a guest consultation.
- Maintains a high profile with guests, advises customers on the various and appropriate Spa tariff and treatment program.
- Maximises bookings, while ensuring each guest receives the highest standard of care and attention at all times, and encouraging them to return.
- Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Verifies regularly that guest history and guest profile records are filled and accurately updated.
- Handles customer complaints efficiently through appropriate interaction and/or referral to the Spa Manager.
Promotion and Direct Up-selling
- Keeps abreast with the Spa Menu in order to advise and enthusiastically promote clients on treatments available, Spa programs, gift vouchers and retails sales.
- Promotes Spa packages through meeting with guests, providing Spa visits and consultations.
- Promotes Spa facilities at every opportunity.
- Participates in promotional activity on behalf of the Spa when required, demonstrating the services the Spa provide.
- Serves as a catalyst to Sales and Marketing, Fitness Centre, Hotel Operations and Boutique.
