RESPONSIBILITIES Taking reservations, welcoming guests, ensuring accurate billing, promote/ sell products, and handle guest complaints.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Excellent client service, communication and organization skills.
- Experience as receptionist in the hospitality Industry or/and BPO or Call Centers.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Outgoing and Pleasant personality
- Fluent in English and French
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Min. 2 years of experience
