Assist the Senior Executives of the Fund and Corporate Accounting Division of SAFYR UTILIS LTD, a Management Company regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, in the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, tax returns, and other reports for portfolio allocated.
- Executing fund and corporate accounting CST tasks within the prescribed internal and external statutory and non-statutory deadlines;
- Preparing management accounts, statutory financial statements in line with the prescribed model if applicable, tax returns, ledgers, trial balances, reports, analyses, statements, communications and spreadsheets for portfolio allocated;
- Generally ensuring client services within allocated portfolio is delivered within the deadlines set by the Company and clients;
- Submission of timesheets to the Head of the Division on a fortnightly basis;
- Participating in all aspects of statutory and reporting requirements to the Companies Division, banks and FSC, or any other relevant authorities in regards to the portfolio of clients of the Division;
- Executing any other tasks related to the job position, which may be assigned from time to time by the ExCo of the Company;
- Assist in any special projects as may be delegated from time to time; and
- Assist in any other initiatives as may be delegated from time to time.
