CMT is currently looking for Textile Engineers with different profiles to work across our units in several positions.

(a) Minimum requirements:

Degree in Chemical & Environmental Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical and Production Engineering, Mechatronic or any other related field

(b) Key Skills:

The ideal candidate shall:

• have the willingness to learn and work on new projects

(c) Key Responsibilities:

The duties of the Textile Engineer shall, amongst others, be a combination of below responsibilities:

• Participate in the R&D of new Fabrics & Yarns
• Actively participate in the engineering of fabrics
• Actively participate in the engineering of Garments
• Follow-up of Fabric manufacturing processes
• Initiate and implement improvement projects related to Textile & Garmenting processes
• Provide technical support to our sales and marketing team
• Liaise with clients for technical issues

Training will be provided to all new recruits to equip them with the necessary tools to succeed in this promising industry!
