Our Customer Onboarding Department advises and guides a wide variety of customers about the product and services offered by our business partners, who are brands mostly engaged in the financial industry.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be able to demonstrate sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/ G Suite, Instant Messaging and email clients.
- You exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when talking to customers.
