MOORE (Mauritius) LLP, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment, employee administration, performance management, training, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with the Workers’ Rights Act 2019.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all staff levels, including graduate intake.
Prepare and administer employment contracts and HR documentation in line with the Workers’ Rights Act 2019.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and probation reviews.
Administer leave, attendance, and working time records.
Administer performance appraisal and promotion processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in compliance with Mauritian labour laws.
Coordinate staff training and professional qualification support (ACCA, ICAEW).
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare management HR reports.
Support employee engagement and staff well-being initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ HR experience in Mauritius.
Strong working knowledge of the Workers’ Rights Act 2019.
Experience in a professional services, accounting, audit, legal, or consulting environment will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
