Airport Representative

Mauritours Ltd- a major player in the Tourism Industry is looking for One Airport Representative to provide Airport Assistance to our clients.

Principle Accountabilities

Welcome our customers at the Airport in a professional manner.

Provide assistance to our guest during their departure in terms of language translation, check out procedures and other formalities.

Participate in the welcoming of groups, VIPs and Eductour.

Handle Customers flight delay as per the procedure of the Airport Department.

Perform various administrative tasks pertaining to the operations of the Airport Counter.

Job`s Specification

Diploma in Tourism Management

Excellent communicator and translator in both English and French language.

Possession of a third language.

Extrovert and pleasant personality.

Good Analytical skills

Negotiation skills.

Prefences will be given to candidates residing in Grand port region.
