Atess Risk Assessors And Services Ltd is looking for an Administrative Clerk
Main job responsibilities include the following:
- Communicating and liaising with customers and attend to their requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Providing support to the Directors, Managers and Seniors, which include preparation of reports and other documents along with usual secretarial duties.
- Assisting the underwriting department team with daily administrative tasks.
- Monitoring inventory of office supplies.
- Ensuring the completion of all administrative tasks.
- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities related to the job whenever necessary.
The main requirements are as follows:
- Should be fluent in both written and spoken english and french;
- Good reading and writing skills;
- Proficient in microsoft word and excel;
- Ability to work individually and as a team;
- Flexible in working hours;
- At least 2 years’ experience in administrative/secretarial duties.
