About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the daily operations of the accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly reconciliation of merchant accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Reconcile various financial reports as well as bank statements, to verify accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Conduct regular reconciliation of digital wallets and other payment platforms to ensure all funds are accounted for and transactions are correctly posted
• Monthly Tracking of VAT Reports
• Other Daily Accounting Tasks

Qualifications:

• HSC/ACCA Level 1
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
