Grewals Mauritius Ltd is searching for a dynamic Receptionist/ Admin Assistant to be the Company’s first point of contact with the public and to act in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
Duties
- Welcome visitors and staff by greeting them.
- Respond efficiently to telephone enquiries, both from internal and external customers, ensuring that calls are re-directed if necessary, and responding to enquiries in a prompt and polite manner.
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assist staff and management on meeting room reservations when requested.
- Acknowledge and record the receipt and dispatch of correspondences.
- Plan daily dispatch with messengers and efficient dispatch book maintenance.
- Manage and order monthly office supplies (Stationery, kitchen supplies & accessories, etc…)
- Foster and maintain good working relations with all other departments
- Processing of purchase orders for admin requirements
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to HR department or any officer designated by Management
- Any other cognate duties in line with your capabilities
Your profile
- HSC qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic and customer service oriented.
- Pleasant and extrovert personality; and excellent telephone manners.
- Grooming with a professional and neat appearance is essential criteria for this job.
- Fully computer literate and highly proficient in written and spoken English and French.
- Excellent administration, interpersonal and communication skills.
