We are on the lookout for a Sales Representative who will be the primary link between the company and its customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met while driving Saint Gobain’s sales performance.
Key Accountabilities - Sales
- Achieve sales revenue targets and KPIs within the assigned commercial territory.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate new business through calls, visits, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Present the value proposition of company products/services and deliver tailored sales solutions.
- Address customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Technical Accountabilities – Market Growth
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on technical developments and industry trends.
- Research potential customers, market opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Conduct professional presentations, product demonstrations, and technical explanations to clients.
- Analyze territory potential and develop data-driven customer value plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide management with insights on customer requirements, market shifts, and competitor actions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in sales or customer relationship management are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in construction materials.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in B2B sales and managing key accounts is preferred.
