We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Coordination

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.

• Coordinate daily tasks among subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.

• Ensure work is carried out according to plans, drawings, and specifications.

• Monitor site progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to safety policies, regulations, and procedures.

• Conduct regular safety briefings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.

• Maintain compliance with relevant building codes, permits, and standards.

Quality Control

• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.

• Identify defects or issues and arrange corrective actions.

• Sign off completed works and ensure proper documentation.

Planning & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, including progress updates, manpower, and material usage.

• Assist in project planning, sequencing, and resource allocation.

• Report issues, delays, or risks to the Project Manager promptly.

Material & Resource Management

• Ensure materials are delivered on time and stored properly.

• Monitor equipment usage and maintain site inventories.

• Avoid wastage and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager in construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and solve on-site challenges quickly.

• Proficient in site reporting and basic computer skills (MS Office preferred).
