Design and implement recreational and leisure activities tailored to diverse age groups and interests, including sports, arts, cultural events, and social gatherings.

 

What will you be doing?

Planning and organization of activities

-    Develop and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly leisure and entertainment programs.

-    Organize events such as live music, games, sports activities, themed nights, and workshops.

-     Ensure all activities run smoothly, safely, and on time.

 

Participation in hotel activities for team members and guests

-    Interact with guests to promote activities and encourage participation.

-    Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction.

-    Gather feedback to improve future programs.

 

Operational & Administrative Duties

-    Prepare activity schedules, marketing materials, and announcements.

-    Maintain equipment, supplies, and recreational areas in good condition.

-    Manage budgets related to leisure and entertainment programs.

-    Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.

-    Work closely with other departments (F&B, Marketing, Front Office, Events, HR).

-    Coordinate staff or volunteers assisting with activities and events.

 Support management in planning large-scale events or seasonal programs.

 

Administration and management of Towel Cabana

-    Is responsible of the Towel Cabana.

-    Distributes towels to guests and keeps records of same.

-    Do the inventory of towels

-    Makes sure that no dirty towels are left on the beach.

-    Ensures security around the pool.

-    Ensures that all areas are clean and well maintained.

-    Ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and adhered to.

 

Night Entertainment & Banquets

-    Organizes and participates in the Torches Saga Ceremony.

-    Is in charge of organizing and setting up material for Wow Welcomes and Wow Farewells.

-    Acts as sound & light technician when necessary.

-    Participates in setting up decoration or entertainment as and when required for any banqueting function (for team members as well as for guests).

-    Liaise with entertainment suppliers, musicians, vendors, and external partners.

 Ensure performers are briefed, supported, and provided with necessary amenities

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

EDUCATION

SC level, or related field (preferred).

 

EXPERIENCE

Experience in event planning, recreation, or hospitality roles.

Experience managing performers or entertainment vendors is an advantage.

At least 2 years’ experience.
