Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Sales Consultant to deliver product demonstration, attract prospective clients and maintain strong relationship with existing clients for our Hotel & Catering Department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Prospect for new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Timely and accurate preparation, follow-up, and submission of quotations and purchase orders.
- Assist in project implementation & attend site visits at client’s place as and when required.
- Keep up to date with market trends to adjust sales strategies and for potential investment.
- Assist the sales team in the delivery of proposals and presentations where necessary to close strategic deals.
- Monitor closely credit facilities and debt collection.
- Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude
- Product knowledge in solution selling and problem analysis.
- Knowledge of HORECA products is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal, written communication in both English and French.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Time management for an effective daily planning and record progress.
- Ability to build network to leverage relationships and create customer network.
- Negotiating powers.
- Professionalism and outgoing personality.
- Valid manual driving licence for private car.
