We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Service Representative to join our team. The selected candidate will act as a key service touchpoint for major motor and general insurance clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and oversight of escalated matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for key motor and general insurance clients, managing escalated queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims coordination.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members to strengthen overall service quality and team performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and service standards across all client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, client feedback, escalated cases, and outstanding matters.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher School Certificate.
- Diploma or relevant qualifications in Insurance or Business Administration would be an advantage.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and escalations.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
- Sound knowledge of general insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and guide junior staff.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
