Client Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service to clients, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth processing of insurance transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally, including walk-in clients, and provide accurate product information.
• Assist in policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims coordination.
• Maintain client records, update CRM databases, and support follow-ups and feedback collection.
• Recommend suitable insurance products and contribute to achieving sales targets through effective client engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

 Job Requirements

• Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good written and spoken proficiency in English and French.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
