Microsoft Copilot / AI Consultant

We are looking for a Copilot / AI Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants, supporting clients in identifying use cases, implementing solutions, and driving successful adoption of Copilot across their organizations.

We are now looking for a Copilot / AI Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants, supporting clients in identifying use cases, implementing solutions, and driving successful adoption of Copilot across their organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to explore how AI and Copilot can improve productivity and business processes.
• Identify, document, and develop practical Copilot use cases.
• Support the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Copilot and related AI solutions.
• Assist in setting up Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents for customized scenarios.
• Deliver or co-deliver training, workshops, and awareness sessions to support user adoption.
• Contribute to project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Stay current with new AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem and share insights with clients and colleagues.

What we’re looking for

• Background or exposure in technology, business, or consulting (1–3 years’ experience is an advantage, but not mandatory).
• Interest in AI, Microsoft 365, and workplace transformation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire users.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in working with new tools and concepts.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
• Eagerness to pursue continuous learning and certifications in AI and Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-changing technology environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, AI/LLM concepts, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as:
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate
• Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Power Platform Solution Architect / Functional Consultant
• AI-900 / SC-900 / MS-900 (asset)

 Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in AI consulting, digital transformation, or cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Service.
