About Bwinners Bwinners is a fast-growing online gaming and sports betting brand delivering a reliable and exciting experience across multiple markets. We’re expanding and seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to boost our digital presence and drive organic growth.

Job Summary

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve Bwinners’ visibility across search engines. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SEO tools, and a deep understanding of sports betting, casino content, and user behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap insights for sports and casino verticals.

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for search performance.

• Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Work with the content, design, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the development team.

• Improve site performance including page speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexation.

• Build and manage link-building campaigns, outreach activities, and partnerships.

• Track, report, and present weekly/monthly SEO KPIs.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in the SEO and iGaming industries.

Requirements

• Minimum 1- 2 years proven experience in SEO (iGaming experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Google Search ranking factors, technical SEO, and content optimization.

• Hands-on experience with SEO analytics and tools.

• Good understanding of sports content, casino games, betting markets, and user intent.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web structure.

• Experience with multilingual SEO or African market SEO.

• Understanding of affiliate SEO is a plus.
