Job Profile
We are looking for a Trainee on a temporary basis to ensure smooth service delivery.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue and follow up on quotations, purchase orders and service orders.
- Plan and coordinate technical interventions.
- Handle customer requests and ensure prompt responses.
- Submit tender documents accurately and on time.
- Follow up on overdue payments and confirm invoice receipt.
- Manage ERP uploads for tenders.
- Any other cognate duties may be assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holder of a Higher School Certificate.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude
- Proficient in office administration, including document handling.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and invoicing procedures.
- Good verbal and written communication in both English and French.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
