The Human Resources Coordinator assists the HR team in the day-to-day HR functions and projects.
What will I be doing?
The Human Resources Coordinator coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Recruitment
- Manages all stages of recruitment, including advertising, briefing of agencies, posting of vacancies on Taleo/myjob, scheduling, participating/conducting interviews of candidates with departmental managers, preparing offer documentation, checking references and ensuring proper job orientation.
- Files applications of candidates, updates recruitment database and sends negative responses to unselected candidates during the recruitment process.
- Assist in expat management including regular dormitory visits.
Internal Communication & Welfare
- Assist in all welfare related activitires.- Ensures that team members receive appropriate information in due time.
- Organizes events, team members social & sports activities, service award programs, HR Events.
- Maintains the general notice-boards and E-board by updating them with relevant information.
- Assist team members with queries on medical insurance and transport.
Attendance & Payroll
- Assist in creating new joiners on ViperTex software.- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll .
HR Reporting & Administration
- Assist in preparing monthly HR reports as required.
Employees & Industrial Relations
-Provides support through assistance or guidance to team members/Management on required HR issues as per specific needs.
- Prepares files and documentation as requested
- Organizes and runs exit interviews with all permanent team members who leave the hotel
