Responsibilities
- Monitors the project workload of the teams.
- Analyzes the demand for resources.
- Plans project work at the creative and design departments – defines priorities, allocates duties, sets deadlines.
- Coordinates the work of creative teams.
- Cooperates with all teams and other departments (Client Service, Project Management).
- Monitors the schedules and progress of the planned activities.
- Solves routine project issues.
- Supports routine communication between the teams.
- Prepares short-term and long-term action plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in the creative or digital industry.
- Knowledge of creative processes, digital production and/or video post-production.
- Basic knowledge of 360° marketing activities.
- Experience with managing production projects (concept / design / e-commerce design / copywriting / motion design / UX).
- Ability to build project teams.
- Highly developed analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the methodology and tools for project management (e.g., Agile, Jira, Toggl).
- Ability to plan and organize the work of the team.
- Initiative and independence in action.
- Fluent command of English.
