Nexteracom group is looking for an Accounting Assistant General Purpose To support the financial operations of the company by performing administrative and clerical duties and preparation of financial statements
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of financial statements
• Perform payments and bank reconciliation
• Preparation and submission of VAT and TDS.
• Perform account reconciliations
• Issue VAT Invoices and chasing of debtors
• Perform other statutory returns
• Other Administrative duties
• Passing of journal entries
• Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
Education and Experience
• HSC, and pursuing ACCA
At least 2-3 years of work experience in the Finance or Accounting Sector
• Knowledge of office administration and procedures
• Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Key Skills and Competencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Organizational skills
• Working in team
