Role Overview

PropertyCloud’s Commercial Department is structured into three core divisions: Subscriptions, Media and Events. Each division supports our mission of delivering value-driven solutions to estate agencies, developers and corporate clients across the real estate sector.

The Account Manager will take ownership of the Subscriptions division. You will work closely with agencies, developers and partners across the real estate value chain, ensuring that subscription clients are supported with clarity, structure and strong communication. You will also stay attentive to new developments in the market and recognise opportunities to grow the division over time.

Your work will focus on three main streams, with scope to contribute in additional areas:

  1. Agency Subscriptions: Overseeing active estate agency clients and acquiring new agencies
  2. Project Subscription Solutions for developers

  3. Value Chain Services that support the broader property ecosystem

We will guide you through the onboarding stage. Once settled, you will manage the division with confidence, independence and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Sales

  • Conduct prospecting and research to stay aware of new developments and industry activity- Identify new opportunities across agencies and property projects
  • Introduce potential clients to PropertyCloud’s subscription solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from the first conversation to onboarding
  • Build and maintain a healthy and realistic pipeline

Client Retention and Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing subscription clients
  • Lead structured account management meetings to identify performance improvements and assess client satisfaction
  • Manage retention and suspension processes to ensure long-term client stability
  • Promote additional performance features that enhance client presence and visibility

Operational Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for subscription clients and ensure all concerns are communicated to the Tech Support team in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth delivery of client commitments

Reporting and Administration

  • Submit weekly reports covering new business wins, retention outcomes, suspensions, resolutions and account management activity
  • Maintain an up to date client database with correct subscription tier classifications

This is a fully remote position. The position is scheduled to begin in January.
