The Business Development Executive – SME (BDE – SME) drives financial solutions for Corporate and SME clients by fostering strong relationships and ensuring reliable service. They guide business leaders in selecting the right financial products to fuel growth and adapt to an evolving market.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Stay updated on SME market trends and effectively position the full suite of products to clients.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while promoting product offerings.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitive activity.
- Liaise with credit teams for file approvals and report sales figures regularly.
- Build deep knowledge of local SME industries and regulations.
- Ensure service continuity and timely client/stakeholder feedback within SLAs.
- Represent the company at corporate events and assist leadership in strategy planning.
- Actively participate in fairs, workshops, and webinars.
Profile:
- Degree in business/finance related fields or experience in the factoring industry.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in sales.
