We're looking for immediate starters to work on a 3-week contract (with potential for full-time permenant opportunity afterwards) to assist with a last minute project for one of our logistics clients.

 

We're looking for immediate starters to work on a 3-week contract (with potential for full-time permenant opportunity afterwards) to assist with a last minute project for one of our logistics clients. 

This role is entirely remote, requiring a dependable high-speed internet connection. We’ll provide all the necessary equipment to help you work efficiently and comfortably from your home.

 

Training will be conducted during Mauritius evening times, likely late starts at around 4/5pm. However, once competent flexibility will be provided to work during the hours you wish.

 

 

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an admin, data handling, customs or logistics role.

  • Experience amending data, ideally customs or logistics related information.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or carrier management tools and customer support software.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Professional, empathetic, and patient approach in every customer interaction.

  • Adaptable and open to feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and performance improvement.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Collaborative and proactive mindset, able to work effectively with both customers and carrier partners.
