The Financial Manager will oversee the organisation’s financial operations, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and efficient budgeting.
Manage daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and monitor budget performance.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Oversee cash flow, working capital management, and financial analysis.
Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Liaise with auditors, banks, donors, and external stakeholders as required.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Supervise and mentor accounting/finance team members.
Partly ACCA qualified (minimum Strategic/Applied Skills level progress preferred).
Minimum 5- 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial management.
Experience in NGO or Hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and controls.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
