Finance Lead

The Financial Manager will oversee the organisation’s financial operations, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and efficient budgeting.

Salary 85,000 - 90,000 (Full package)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and monitor budget performance.

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Oversee cash flow, working capital management, and financial analysis.

• Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making.

• Liaise with auditors, banks, donors, and external stakeholders as required.

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Supervise and mentor accounting/finance team members.

Requirements

• Partly ACCA qualified (minimum Strategic/Applied Skills level progress preferred).

• Minimum 5- 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial management.

• Experience in NGO or Hospitality sector is a strong advantage.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and controls.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
