The Admin & Accounts Officer will handle day-to-day administrative duties, financial record-keeping, invoicing, and support to management. The role ensures smooth office operations, accurate bookkeeping, and compliance with internal processes.
Administrative Duties
Handle general office tasks: filing, typing, correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Assist in office coordination, logistics, and documentation management.
Support management with preparation of reports, letters, and presentations.
Accounting & Finance Support
Enter basic accounting data into the system (training provided for freshers).
Assist in processing supplier invoices, receipts, petty cash, and expense claims.
Help with customer invoicing and payment follow-up.
Support bank reconciliations, cashflow tracking, and simple financial reports.
Participate in year-end audits and preparation of supporting schedules.
Compliance & HR Support
Maintain well-organised administrative and accounting files.
Assist in preparing MRA and ROC documents under supervision.
Help with payroll support, attendance monitoring and HR records.
For Experienced Candidates:
1–2 years of experience in admin/accounting (advantageous but not mandatory).
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and Excel.
For Fresh Graduates (No Experience Required):
Willingness to learn accounting and administrative processes.
Good attitude, discipline, and ability to follow procedures.
Training will be provided.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email).
Starting at the national minimum wage (as per current Government regulations).
Salary is negotiable and will depend on qualifications, experience, and performance during interview.
