Friedelsheim Ltd. seeks an experienced, proactive Customer Support Officer to be the main contact for pharmacy partners. Responsibilities include managing daily orders, ensuring clear communication, handling requests/complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Customer Support Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for pharmacy partners.
- Take and process daily orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product information, availability, and stock level updates.
- Record and follow up on customer requests, issues, and complaints.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth operations and timely responses.
- Maintain good relationships with partners to encourage customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Monitor order trends and report potential stock issues or customer feedback to management.
- Support the sales team with partner communication and coordination.
- Assist in promotional activities or product launches within partner channels.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of order processing and distribution workflows.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP/order management systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the distribution, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience dealing with pharmacy clients or channel partners will be a strong advantage.
- HSC / Bac
- A background in sales support, administration, or logistics will be valued.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
