Company Overview/purpose of the job Global leader International SOS seeks a Client Services Representative to support Sales & Marketing with renewals, onboarding, invoicing, reporting, and Salesforce compliance while enabling business development success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Sales Support:
    • Facilitate 120-day renewal process and pipeline reviews.
    • Assist with new account implementation and renewals.
    • Oversee digital product rollouts and client onboarding.
  • Compliance & Contract Management:
    • Track and store contracts; ensure approvals per GAPP.
    • Escalate non-standard requests to Legal/Commercial Services.
  • Invoicing:
    • Prepare monthly invoicing templates; ensure timely dispatch.
  • Salesforce Management:
    • Maintain real-time updates; monitor compliance and adoption.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Generate client activity/utilization reports; review accuracy.
  • Quality of Service:
    • Maintain data integrity; ensure operational procedures are accurate.
  • OH&S Responsibilities:
    • Promote safety culture; ensure compliance with OH&S standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in multicultural environments.
  • Competencies: Action-oriented, customer focus, planning, perseverance, teamwork.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service or analytical role.
  • Sales/commercial degree or diploma preferred.
  • English & French required; Portuguese/Mandarin advantageous.
