We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Assistant to join our Payroll team. This role ensures our employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting smooth payroll operations.
Responsibilities
Create new employees, maintain and update employees payroll data
Verify attendance reports
Support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Assist with the preparation of list of deductions
Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
Work closely with HR Department for payroll procedures and querie
HSC with Accounting
Previous experience in payroll administration is an advantage
Good understanding of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
A team player with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
