Reneworld Ltd is currently looking for a Senior Operations & Maintenance Officer to join our dynamic and purpose-driven team.  

Overview of the Job

The Senior Operations & Maintenance Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of systems and services for customers. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and maintenance (O&M), from proactive prevention to swift resolution of issues, while also providing essential support to both customers and internal teams.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions for system faults.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance intervention and reports.
• Prepare and present regular reports on Operations & Maintenance activities to the O&M manager.
• Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible. 
• Monitor daily activities related to corrective and preventive interventions.
• Provide guidance and operational support to the intervention team to enhance field efficiency and response time. 
• Technical Support and assistance to customer when required.
