The Steward will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations in the kitchen and dining areas, supporting the culinary and service teams in delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen & Back-of-House Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations.
- Assist in waste disposal following hygiene and safety protocols.
- Restock clean items in designated areas.
- Support chefs and service staff during food preparation and service.
- Receive and store deliveries as needed.
- Perform general cleaning tasks and assist with special requests.
Front-of-House & Guest Service Duties
- Assist staff in serving food and beverages to guests.
- Refill water glasses and attend to basic guest needs.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.
- Provide courteous and responsive service to guests.
Any other assignments as may be delegated to you.
