Client Accountant and Accounts Officer

Executive Accounting Limited is recruiting a Client Accountant and Account Officer Partly or fully ACCA qualified.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform reconciliation of statement of accounts
•  Responsible for the reconciliation of all cash
• Proper recording and systematic filing of all documents
• Preparation of management accounts, cash flow forecast, yearly budget
• Preparation & Submission of Vat Returns via MNS and MRA
• Submission of Corporate Tax Returns via MNS and MRA E-Filing Services
• Computation & Submission of Monthly NPF, CSG, PAYE and TDS Returns via MNS and MRA
• Computation & Submission of Individual Tax Returns
• Preparation & Submission of Annual TDS Returns & Return of Employees

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:   

• Higher School Certificate
• ACCA qualified or partly qualified.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position and/or accounting field
• Excellent Knowledge Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel) and accounting software (Quickbooks)
