Computer literacy
Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage

| Attend to complaints of guests and inform Superior | |||||||
| Provide efficient product advices to guests after treatments or at any request from the guest | |||||||
| Involve in all marketing operations | |||||||
| Monitor Spa Shop and replenish as and when necessary | |||||||
| Minimize wastage | |||||||
| Respect health and safety procedures | |||||||
| Inform Spa Manager of stock replenishment | |||||||
| Ensure that treatment advices suit clients needs and requirements | |||||||
| Perform set up of treatment rooms, laboratory, relaxation area and Spa facilities as instructed by immediate superiors | |||||||
| Re set up treatment rooms after each treatment | |||||||
| Ensure specific maintenance/cleaning of materials and concerned spa areas | |||||||
| Take the responsibility of the Spa Reception during the absence of the Spa Receptionist in preparing the daily tasks (invoices, consultations, reports, inventories…) and operate as per Spa SOPs | |||||||
| Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units | |||||||
| Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society |
