Your Impact:

- Oversee the entire supply chain, from supplier acquisition to customer delivery

- Build, lead, and manage high-performing warehouse and delivery teams

- Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize inventory and deliveries

- Foster strong relationships with logistics vendors and negotiate favorable terms

- Identify and resolve complex logistical issues, ensuring seamless operations

Your Profile:

- 10+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in a distribution business

- Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development and motivation

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

- Data-driven decision-making and process optimization expertise

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience using a Warehouse Management System
