Landscape Foreman

The Landscape Foreman oversees and maintains all landscaped areas of the Golf Course, Club House, and nearby facilities, ensuring top-quality presentation that reflects the company’s image, supports environmental standards, and enhances guest satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Golf Course and Landscape Maintenance

• Supervise daily operations of all landscape staff.
• Ensure all beds, lawns, and landscaped areas are well-maintained, neat, and visually appealing.
• Implement and monitor an effective weed control program ensuring a minimum of 80% weed-free areas.
• Maintain the Club House roads, parking, and driving range mounds weed-free and properly mowed at all times.
• Develop and implement a spray program for landscaped areas (by Q1).
• Conduct weekly inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Monitor guest and member feedback and address any complaints related to landscaping presentation.

2. Staff Management

• Train all new landscaping staff in Knapsack spraying techniques within the first month of joining.
• Conduct refresher training sessions as needed to maintain high standards of work.
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Prepare and manage leave schedules for team members in advance.

3. Interface Between Villas and Golf Course

• Carry out monthly inspections of the interface areas between the villas and the golf course.
• Maintain these areas weed-free and well-presented at all times.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure uniform landscaping standards.

4. Irrigation Management

• Conduct sprinkler audits for Club House irrigation systems to ensure full functionality.
• Report and follow up on any irrigation faults immediately.
• Ensure efficient use of water and compliance with environmental practices.

5. Club House and Locker Room Areas

• Oversee the maintenance of plants and planters within the Club House and Locker Rooms.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance, ensuring plants are in good health and free from weeds.

6. Fertilizer and Chemical Management

• Conduct monthly checks on fertilizer and chemical usage.
• Maintain accurate records of all fertilizer and chemical applications.
• Oversee stock control to ensure adequate supply and safe storage of materials
