This pivotal role requires a dynamic professional with experience in the FMCG / Logistics or agricultural sector, combining strategic sales ability with hands-on operational management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring efficiency across the supply chain, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Drive sales growth through strategic business development and key account management.
Develop and execute sales and operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural and agri-processing markets.
Manage supply chain logistics and planning, ensuring effective coordination with suppliers and clients.
Monitor financial and operational performance, ensuring targets are achieved.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the leadership team to optimise productivity and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Agriculture, or a related field; further studies or an MBA advantageous.
Minimum of 5–8 years’ management experience, preferably within the agricultural or agri-processing industry.
Proven sales and business development success, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
Strong operational and supply chain management expertise.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organised, analytical, and able to work effectively across borders.
