Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote the Noula App to customers at retail outlets, partner stores, and promotional events.
• Demonstrate the app’s features and benefits to potential users, ensuring they understand its functionalities.
• Assist customers with downloading, registering, and navigating the app.
• Address customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting support where necessary.
• Collect feedback from users and share insights with the marketing and product teams to improve the app experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and app downloads for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak business periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to explain digital applications to non-tech users.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or promotional roles is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English & French.
