As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping the company culture, supporting the strategic goals, and fostering a world-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- You will lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and legal aspects.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and a culture of learning.
- Manage employee relations, recognition programs and health & safety .
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR reporting.
- Support CSR initiatives namely the Shanti Seva program.
- You will be a key advisor to the General Manager .
- This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager.
- Working in close collaboration with all departments across the resort.
- Act as an advocate for the team members ensuring a workplace environment that reflects our values of service, respect, integrity, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR , Business Management or related field.
- 10 years of progressive and hands on HR experience, including 3+ years in a Senior leadership role in 58 luxury hospitality .
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in labour law, employee engagement, and cultural diversity.
