We are seeking a proactive Group FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and strategic financial planning across the ERGA Group.
The role will partner with site finance teams, Shared Services, and senior executives to provide actionable insights, strengthen financial control, and enhance long-term value creation.
Location: TBC (with 50% travel to mining operations as required)

Key Responsibilities
1. Forecasting & Reporting Reviews
§ Deliver accurate 18-month rolling forecasts and monthly management reports.
§ Provide scenario-based updates to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
2. Budget Reviews
§ Coordinate budget preparation across sites and ensure ERP/system alignment.
§ Perform variance analysis to highlight performance drivers and support forward planning.
3. Cost Control
§ Conduct detailed cost driver reviews beyond standard reporting.
§ Improve cost visibility and identify efficiency opportunities.
4. Strategic Planning & Analysis
§ Build advanced financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate long-term strategies.
§ Support leadership in assessing outcomes under varying market and operational conditions.
5. Project Improvements
§ Model Frameworks: Standardize Group financial models for planning, forecasting, and valuation.
§ New Models: Design and implement new forecasting, profitability, and scenario tools; integrate business feedback and ensure adoption.
§ Team Training & Upskilling: Deliver training on financial modeling, Power BI, and Excel to strengthen FP&A capabilities across teams.
Requirements
§ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (CIMA, CFA, CA or similar) preferred.
§ 8+ years’ experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate planning.
§ Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with advanced Excel/Power BI expertise.
§ Proven track record in leading budget cycles, variance reviews, and scenario planning.
§ ERP knowledge (MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar).
§ Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights for executives.
