Maintenance Supervisor (Preskil Island Resort)

Preskil Island Resort is looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of the resort.

Main Duties:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager is daily operations and planning
• Lead and supervise a team of multi disciplinary Technicians
• Follow, update and maintain PM Calendars & Maintenance Programs
• Follow up on Energy Consumptions and maintain efficiency
• Handle daily preventive and corrective maintenance works/interventions
• Check and maintain high level of work quality within the Department
• Follow up of Service Providers/Contractors

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or trade certificate in maintenance or engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in hotel or building maintenance.
• Good knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Able to lead a team and work on shifts.
• Results oriented, Efficient and reliable.
