As this is a fully remote role, candidates must have access to a stable high-speed internet connection. All essential tools and equipment will be supplied to ensure optimal performance in a home-based environment.
Requirements
Strong e-commerce customer service experience, with the ability to manage online customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Solid knowledge of Shopify, including order management, customer profiles, and product updates.
Excellent written English skills, with confidence in handling multiple customer queries simultaneously.
Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable using new tools or systems.
Nice to have:
Experience using Gorgias (our main customer service management platform) not essential, but a major plus.

Approachable, positive, and confident when engaging with e-commerce customers.
Able to balance professionalism with a personable, human touch in every customer interaction.
