The purpose of this role is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall HR & Admin department by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Administration department.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager and Operations Director.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Maintaining effective records and administration.
- Assist in HR / Admin projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
- Act as a liaison with the Maintenance Service Provider.
- Record all the administration expenses.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- ISO Champions – Assist the Quality Management Consultant.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration.
- Proven experience in an administrative position.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Good written and spoken skills in English & French.
