The Face Shop is a renowned Korean beauty and skincare brand that promotes natural beauty through high-quality, nature-inspired products. We are currently looking for passionate and customer-oriented Beauty Advisors to join our team and help our clients look and feel their best.

THEFACESHOP is a South Korea-based skincare and cosmetics manufacturer, retailer and a franchise business from LG Household & Healthcare group. It is a best-selling beauty brand dedicated to bringing the powers of nature and science together. It offers a large and affordable range of high-quality product - including skincare, body care, cleansers, men care, makeup, nail polish and accessories - made with natural active ingredients. THEFACESHOP is present worldwide with more than 3000 shops across 35 countries.

We are currently looking for passionate and customer-oriented Beauty Advisors to join our team and help our clients look and feel their best.

Actually, in Mauritius, we have nine (9) outlets based:

1. Caudan Waterfront, Port Louis
2. Edith Cavell, Port Louis
3. Grand Baie La Croisette, Grand Bay
4. Bagatelle, Moka
5. Phoenix Mall, Phoenix
6. Plaisance Shopping Village, Rose Belle
7. Cascavelle Shopping Village, Flic en Flac
8. Rose Hill Plaza
9. Tribeca

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and product advice to clients.
• Demonstrate and promote skincare and cosmetic products effectively.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive product display and ensure shelves are well stocked.
• Assist in stock management and daily store operations.
• Handle cash and process sales transactions accurately.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering a memorable shopping experience.

 Qualifications:

• Minimum Form 5 or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales will be an advantage.
• Passionate about skincare, makeup, and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per store schedule.
