Housekeeping Supervisor

The selected candidates are responsible to ensure the cleanliness and the disinfecting of the patients’ rooms, the building and all the flat surfaces areas as well as to assist the nursing staff in their duty in order to ensure that patients are satisfied with the service they receive.

• Assign colleagues their duties and inspects work for conformance to Standard of Procedures
• Inspect rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
• Establish and educate colleagues on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action
• Record data regarding work assignments and prepares periodic reports
• Examine room to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management
• Drive the room auditing process to ensure patient rooms are neat and clean

What are we looking for?

• Minimum SC and NC 4 in Housekeeping or any other qualifications accepted by the management;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping environment;
• Able to work on shift system;
• At ease with using Microsoft Office Tools
• Has great team work spirit and can drive a team.
