RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Security Supervisor in the daily manpower planning for several sites
• On the ground monitoring of operations and ensure that all entries are properly recorded
• Perform quality control checks to ensure that expected level of service is as per Company standards
• Daily verification of entry books, report all anomalies and take corrective actions
• Responsible for proper filing of documents and to perform other administrative duties related to this job position. 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least School Certificate
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position would constitute a definite advantage
